Coming in September! Mark your calendar for the 25 annual Show of Wheels in Fairfield, Texas.

Over 30 judged classes and numerous specialty awards. Food, Vendors, and plenty of local lodging.

A great day trip from Waco or the DFW area!

Fairfield is located just off Interstate 45. It is 88 miles south of Dallas and 62 miles east of Waco.

There many interests to explore, such as Fairfield Lake State Park, Freestone County Raceway, Lions Club Park and Pet Friendly Walking Trail, Richland Chamber Lake, Trinity Star Arts Council Projects, SWB Youth Rodeo, Freestone County Fair & Rodeo and Coon Hunting Events, and the Fairfield Fest Monthly Market.

Fairfield highly recommends that you stop by Sam’s. "Sam's Original Restaurant is our world famous landmark that will take you back to a time of your mom's good ole family Sunday dinner, but be sure you save some room for dessert. Their bread pudding and coconut cream pie are the best you will ever have."

Another famous treat is the Cooper Farm Peaches County Store. Enjoy their locally grown peaches and many other delicious treats including peach ice cream, peach favored coffee, wines and so much more.
